本文档定义所有 JSON 对象的结构。字段标注 ? 表示可选（可能为 null 或不出现）。

Session Status 枚举：

一轮对话的完整快照，是聊天历史的基本单位。

Tool _meta 扩展

工具执行结果中可携带 _meta 字段，用于向宿主页面传递动作或 UI 卡片。
